Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: €12.95.
Free Shipping: Available for orders over €50, delivered via EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below:

Check the Conditions: You can return or exchange a product within 15 days of receipt. Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return or exchange.
Receive Return Instructions: We will email you with instructions on how to return the product.
Ship the Product: Carefully package the product and send it to the provided address. Keep the shipping proof handy.
Confirmation & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will receive a confirmation, and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Hangmatten en Hangmatsets: For hygienic reasons, these products cannot be returned.
Ligbedden en Ligstoelen: These products are often custom-made and cannot be returned.
